VALENTINE'S DAY 2026 IS UP AND RUNNING!
You can see all kinds of custom work here!
Valentine's Day 2026
This year we are AGAIN facing the issue of Valentine’s Day and Mardi Gras running together!
Valentine’s Day is Saturday, February 14th, with multiple parades rolling that day.
***WE SIMPLY CANNOT DELIVER ON VALENTINE'S DAY***
We are doing things a little differently, to avoid the parade traffic and crowds.
We are delivering on Wednesday (11th), Thursday (12th) and Friday(13th), EARLY! (we will start delivering at 7am) ...before the parades roll later in the day...
This will greatly limit our deliveries on these days. Place your orders ASAP so you don’t miss out on our early delivery runs!
Once Friday books up, we will push deliveries to Thursday. When Thursday books up, we will push deliveries to Wednesday… DON’T GET PUSHED OUT!!!
*ONLY ITEMS FROM THE VALENTINE’S DAY MENU WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THESE DAYS*
*Please inquire about Funeral work for these days*

One never knows who will pop in the door next at the flower shop "on da pernt." A delightful young German guy, a film student at U.N.O., appeared recently. Intrigued by the building, he enlisted Jawn to be the subject of a documentary he would make for his class.
Never at a loss for words, his Irish storyteller genes becoming more pronounced with advancing age, Jawn effortlessly gave the young man over an hour of material with almost no prompts. Pared down to seven minutes, the documentary is fun and well-done according to those who have watched it.
Welcome to harkins, the florist, offering delivery of fresh flowers in New Orleans, Louisiana since 1979.
