New Orleans is an exciting, beautiful and classic city to choose as your wedding site. We’ve always been noted for our food, from classic French cuisine to down home Cajun fare. There are more things to do than most will have time for – river boat cruises, swamp tours, shopping and eating and more shopping! There is also harkins, the florist! We are more than happy to work closely with you to create the wedding flowers you’ve always wanted.
We do many, many destination weddings through out the year, and they are all wonderful successes. Many brides feel they won’t be able to convey to us what they are looking for, unless they come into the shop in person to discuss all the particulars. This just isn’t the case. It’s surprising, but through email and phone calls, or even email alone, we can plan everything down to the smallest detail. Some brides will be able to travel to New Orleans at some point before the wedding to meet with all the vendors, but there are many brides that are not able to, and we never do meet in person!
We encourage brides to send in any ideas they have, any pictures they may have found on web sites, or magazines, and to tell us what neat things their friends or family have done for weddings that they would like to incorporate.
